We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging
• All tags must be attached
• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable

All content on this site—text, graphics, logos, images, software—is OLONA property or its licensors, protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OLONA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or third-party actions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
