Orders & Payment

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account and view order status under "My Orders". For real-time updates, click the tracking link in your email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (UAE only, orders under AED 3,000). We also offer Tabby for installment payments.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Contact us immediately at support@olona.ae. Once an order enters processing, changes cannot be made.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and never store your full credit card details. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Dubai: Same day (order before 2PM) or 2-3 business days standard. Abu Dhabi: Next day express or 2-4 days standard. Other Emirates: 2-5 business days. GCC: 5-7 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over AED 500 within the UAE. This is automatically applied at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size/color?

Yes! We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply note your preference when initiating your return at returns@olona.ae.

Products & Care

How do I care for Egyptian cotton sheets?

Machine wash in cold or warm water (max 40°C) with mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Iron on medium heat if desired. First wash separately to prevent lint transfer.

What thread count do your sheets have?

Our premium Egyptian cotton sheets feature a 600 thread count sateen weave, providing the perfect balance of softness, durability, and breathability.

Are your towels suitable for hotels?

Yes, our 650 GSM Turkish cotton towels are specifically designed for both home and hospitality use. They withstand commercial laundering and maintain softness after hundreds of washes.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view order history, and earn rewards on future purchases.
