Important information about our return process
Return Window 14 Days
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Free Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on all eligible items. Simply note your preference when initiating the return.
Return Shipping
Free pickup in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. For other Emirates, a flat AED 25 return shipping fee applies.
Eligible for Return
The following items can be returned within 14 days:
- Bed linen sets and individual sheets
- Towels and bath accessories (unopened)
- Pillows in original packaging
- Blankets and throws
- Table linen and dining textiles
- Curtains and home textiles
- Chef apparel with tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" or clearance
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Items that have been washed or used
- Products without original tags/packaging
- Mattress protectors (opened)
